Liu Xiang proposes to improve Chinese coaches' welfare

Chinese 110-meter hurdler Liu Xiang arrives at Beijing on March 1, 2010 to attend the meetings of National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (NPC & CPPCC).
As a member of CPPCC, Liu is going to raise a proposal on setting up protection mechanism of sports coaches and improve their living condition.
Liu does daily training and goes through recovering therapy because of the injury last year. Therefore, he does not have much time to do the research. Many people contributed to this proposal, according to Liu.
He will compete with Cuba Michael Roberts in the middle of March 2010 on World Indoor Championships in Athletics in Doha.
