Editor's Note:
As the 41st Anniversary of China’s Arbor Day is today, the spectacular scenes of forests around China remind us how beautiful our land is. In the past 40 years, China’s forest area has increased 80% and during that time more than 15 billion people volunteered in tree planting activities. The total number of afforested trees is approximately 70 billion. (Photos: VCG)
