At around 1:45am on Saturday, the center of Typhoon Lekima made landfall in the city of Wenling in Zhejiang Province. Typhoon Lekima had a maximum wind force of 187 km/h, the equivalent of a Category 3 hurricane, is the ninth storm of the year. Yongjia County was the worst hit area.
