Firefighters around China seem to be competing to post the funniest video of their team leaping into action the very second they are called to duty, no matter what they happen to be doing at the moment. 

A video posted by China Fire and Rescue Bureau on Twitter-like Weibo, shows 10 firefighters in Yuncheng, North China's Shanxi Province shoveling snow in their station's yard when the alarm bell goes off. They immediately drop their shovels and run in a flash toward their truck, but end up slipping and sliding on the snow-covered ground.

Another video shows firefighters in Jieyang, South China's Guangdong Province in an aerobics class when the alarm goes off. They leave so quickly their coach, who is wearing headphones, continues leading the class before turning to face her students who have all disappeared.

 "It was funny, but I was also moved when I realized how much they sacrifice to protect us," one netizen wrote.
