A female student of Peking University used her academic training and five legs of lamb to figure out the best recipe that helped her win the heart of her dream lover. 

The student, surnamed Zhou, read hundreds of articles and papers and wrote her own research paper on the best way to roast a leg of lamb to win the heart of a man, the report of The Beijing News said.  

After learning that her boyfriend loves lamb, Zhou began her research on the best roasting method.

She bought five legs of lamb from online shop, read up on the tastiest breed of sheep, studied possible bacteria and the best roasting technology.

Zhou's paper shows she tried three roasting methods: baking in an open fire, roasting in an electric stove, and smoking and boiling it.  "We should insist on baking on an open fire to ensure we capture the soul of the barbecue," she wrote in the paper.

Zhou concluded that a certain number of molecules of aldehydes and alcohols determine the best flavor of roasted lamb.

"So cool! But this method of acquiring love does not suit me, as I do not have enough knowledge or patience," a Sina Weibo user commented.
