Chinese President Xi Jinping said Thursday that a virus respects no borders, stressing that all must work together to build a strongest global network of control and treatment that the world has ever seen.

Xi made the remarks in Beijing while attending the G20 Extraordinary Virtual Leaders' Summit on COVID-19 via video link.
