A: A court in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province disclosed the details to a trial for a personal injury compensation case. Ms. Zhou in Zhuji City, was frightened by a neighbor's Tibetan mastiff and crashed an electric bike into a wall, leaving her a paraplegic. She sued the dog owner, her neighbor surnamed Ding, for compensation.
