The National Family Sailing Race completed its maiden event of this season in Tianjin on Sunday, with the Liu Yong family winning the Hobie Getaway discipline and the Zhang Renke family sailing away with the Hobie T2 discipline trophy. 

The two-day event saw 40 families compete for first place, with the ages of participants ranging from 6 to 55 years old. 

This marked the beginning of the National Family Sailing Race's third season, which has 21 events scheduled across 13 cities.

The next race will be held in Qingdao, East China's Shandong Province, on September 5 and 6.
