"This part of the road is closed, but that doesn't seem to stop vehicles!"

A netizen recently complained to local media regarding a section of Yuping Road South in Changning district. Although the section is under construction, vehicles driving along the road have been passing through the closed areas and even making use of the sidewalks, thus endangering pedestrians.
