"Help! He's gonna kill me!"

This was what the young man cried, as the black Chery he was inside fell  into the Dongba River, near Siyuanqiao, Chaoyang district at around 7 pm on Sunday. At the same time, two middle-aged men were fighting in the car. Fortunately for the car's occupants, the car only sank a few meters because the water wasn't deep. Firefighters quickly appeared on the scene and took the people to safety. The victim's acquaintances told a Beijing News reporter that one of the middle-aged men was the young man's father and the driver was the young man's friend. This friend had allegedly fought with the young man and withdrew a knife, and then the father tried to intervene. The incident is still under investigation.
