Men of talent come out in succession

(rén cái bèi chū)

 

A: I heard your son was admitted to Princeton?

听说你儿子被普林斯顿录取啦?

(tīnɡshuō nǐ érzi bèi pǔlínsīdùn lùqǔ la?)

 

B: Yeah. He was lucky.

是啊。这小子挺走运的。

(shì'a, zhè xiǎozi tǐnɡ zǒuyùn de.)

 

A: Come on, he is a boy of ideas. Many men of talent come from that university.

什么话。这孩子挺有想法的。去了这么一个人才辈出的大学。

(shénme huà. zhè háizi tǐnɡ yǒu xiǎnɡfǎ de. qùle zhème yíɡè réncáibèichū de dàxué.)

 

B: That's true indeed.

大学好倒是真的。

(dàxué hǎo dàoshì zhēnde.)
