On September 14, Nippon Paint China celebrated its 20th anniversary since entering China and held a gala themed "Nippon Paint 20 years, Renew your world" to commemorate the big day.

Leaders included the founder of the parent company of Nippon Paint, Goh Cheng Liang, also the Nipsea Group founder, and Wee Siew Kim, CEO of the Nipsea Group.

All management staff from Nippon Paint China and distribution representatives of Nippon Paint from across China also attended the gala and together celebrated how Nippon Paint China has developed over the past 20 years. They gave thanks to the many people who have contributed to the big Nippon Paint China family.

Working staff and painters from Nippon Paint China performed at the event and well-known Taiwan singer Lei Guang-xia set the celebration stage on fire with her beautiful voice and touching melodies.

Nippon Paint came to China in 1992 and has now grown into a giant enterprise, far removed from its humble beginnings of about 200 workers. It now has developed into a well-known paint brand in China, with 7,000 employees in the company. It attracts millions of customers all across the country.

Nipsea Group, the parent company of Nippon Paint, is now the biggest paint producer in Asia. The scope of business of Nippon Paint China covers home decoration paint, automobile paint, industrial paint and so on.

With its high quality products and reliable service, Nippon Paint has successfully turned itself into the top paint brand in the fiercely competitive paint market in China.

Besides making itself appealing to consumers, Nippon Paint also dedicates itself to corporate social responsibility.

In 2002, Nippon Paint funded the first Nippon Paint primary school. Eight years later, Nippon Paint started the charity project named "Color, Way of Love" nationwide, painting the walls of 111 primary schools. They funded 26 Nippon primary schools and 90 Happy Art classrooms in China.

Nippon Paint has also introduced art teachers for art classes.

At the 20th anniversary gala, Nippon Paint China rewarded working staff and distribution representatives by issuing them awards including "Experienced Worker", "Outstanding Contribution", "Nippon Spirit Award" and "Excellent Distribution Representative".

The gala was a very happy occasion for everyone who attended and means that Nippon Paint China will continue to commit itself to providing better service and products to its customers in the future.
