呆若木鸡

(dāi ruò mù jī )

Dumbstruck

 

A: The thesis is very hard. I can't complete it.

论文真难。写不出来了。

(lùnwén zhēnnán. xiě bù chūlái le.)

 

B: Complaining is useless. The key to the problem is to sort out your train of thought.

抱怨没有用,关键是理出思路来。

(bàoyuàn méiyǒu yònɡ, ɡuānjiàn shì lǐchū sīlù lái.)

 

A: Do you have any suggestions?

你有什么建议吗?

(nǐ yǒu shénme jiànyì ma?)

 

B: Do not be dumbstruck. Seek help from your tutor and classmates.

别呆若木鸡了,向导师或同学请教吧。

(bié dāi ruò mù jī le, xiànɡ dǎoshī huò tónɡxué qǐnɡjiào ba.)
