Carmen still lives on as one of the most beloved operas in the West. It tells the tragic tale of Don Jose, a soldier who succumbs to the fiery and passionate gypsy Carmen. Jose abandons everything in his pursuit of Carmen, only to lose her - a fate he rages against with violent fury directed at Carmen. Conducted by Zhang Guoyong, NCPA's production features actors from home and abroad including Jolana Fogasova, Zhang Feng and Zhou Xiaoling.

Tinnitus photo exhibition @ Beijing Kubrick Young Chinese photographer Du Yang strives to record every drop of daily life. In this solo exhibition, he showcases his photographs from the last two years, which include photo shoots with girls he hangs out with along with snapshots from a trip to see his favorite band.

The Little Prince play @ Holiday Theater The understated and poetic French novella
Le Petit Prince has been translated into more than 250 languages. The 20th century fairy tale will undergo its latest translation to the stage by the China Children's Art Troupe. Loyal to the book in its adaptation, the drama will offer families and kids a lively experience.
