Chinese tourists don't have to worry about a long trip, a costly ticket and safety threats any more if they want to see the sights of Egypt, especially the Great Sphinx. This thousands-year-old relic now has a full-scale clone at an amusement park in Shijiazhuang, capital city of North China's Hebei Province. Many netizens complain or joke that shanzhai (copycat) things are no longer limited to industrial and cultural products, now include the whole of global civilization and history. But however expensive the replicas of the world's wonders, will the park be a hit without its own original creations?
