Tarik Temucin, hotel manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing and JW Marriott Hotel Beijing, makes it his mission to ensure every guest has an unforgettable stay at his hotels. "Providing memorable service to our guests has always been and will always be our priority. We spare no efforts to make every guests feel at home," said Temucin.
The Turkish native brings a wealth of experience and skills to his important leadership position, overseeing day-to-day operations of both hotels and ensuring implementation of unique services for which The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing and JW Marriott Hotel Beijing are known.
Temucin graduated from Maltepe University in Istanbul with a Master of Business Administration.
His career in the hospitality industry has spanned more than a decade, during which time he has held a variety of managerial positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in several countries, including Turkey, Singapore and now China.
Temucin joined The Ritz-Carlton team in 2001 as director of banquets at the company's Istanbul hotel.
Before coming to Beijing, his most recent role was as hotel manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya, where he developed and led 10 direct reports and headed eight departments comprising of nearly 400 staff members.
Recognized as an outstanding leader at many of The Ritz-Carlton hotels, Temucin helped prepare seven of the company's hotels in Istanbul, Tokyo, Moscow and Hong Kong ahead of their opening.
