The Yimakan Shadow Play is preformed in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang province, Jan 30, 2015. The Yimakan Shadow Play integrated two world intangible cultural heritages, Hezhe Yimakan and Wangkui Shadow Puppetry. Hezhe Yimakan, the unique storytelling of China's Hezhe ethnic group, was inscribed on UNESCO's List of World Intangible Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding in 2011.
