The opening ceremony of the ASEAN Gourmet Festival: Wonderful Indonesia, took place at the Minzu Hotel on June 17. Organized by the BTG Hotels Group and the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing, the event featured Indonesian food, such as grilled carp and roast duck breast, prepared by chefs from Bandung and Bali, two regions celebrated for their unique flavors and cuisines. While enjoying the food, participants were also invited to play the Angklung, a traditional Indonesian bamboo musical instrument. The festival will run until June 24.
