Eastern Star hauled from waters

The cruise ship Eastern Star is hoisted from the Yangtze River at the Jianli section on June 5, 2015. The entire hull has been hoisted above water at 6:50 pm after about 2 hours and 50 minutes’ work, Xinhua reported. The ship, carrying 456 people, sank at around 9:28 pm on June 1, 2015, and the death toll rose to 103 as of 6:20 pm, June 5, with 14 rescued and 339 missing, CCTV reported. Photo: Li Hao/GT
