Amateur climbers compete on the final day of the climbing competitions of the amateurs’ events at the Chinese National Games in Chongqing, Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Thursday.

In Thursday’s bouldering competitions, Zhang Yuetong of Guangdong claimed the women’s event, while Chan Cheung-chi of Hong Kong won the men’s race.

Climbing is among the 2020 Olympic sports. Competitors will take part in three disciplines – lead, speed and bouldering – to decide the overall winner.
