The 2018 World's Strongest Man competition was held in Manila from April 28 to May 6, 2018. Over 30 competitors around the world competed for the championship in 16 events, which include pulling a truck or an airplane, carrying a refrigerator, lifting an Atlas stone weighing over 1,000 pounds, and lifting huge logs. The title was taken by Game of Thrones actor Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson on May 6.
