Editor's Note:
An industrial park located in northern Vladivostok, the largest city in Russia’s Far East, has so far attracted investment from more than 40 companies. The park is also part of Russia's ambitious plans for Advanced Special Economic Zones in the area that offer access to a wide range of benefits, from tax incentives to administrative benefits. So far three Chinese companies, including logistics and seafood products, have set up shop in the park.
