Cha Leung-yung, a renowned Chinese Wuxia novelist who is known by his pen name Jin Yong, died at the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital in China’s Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on October 30, 2018. Having written 15 classic Wuxia works between 1955 and 1972, Cha is regarded as one of the greatest Wuxia writers in China.
