Huanghelou, or Yellow Crane Tower, a landmark of the city of Wuhan, reopened to the public on Wednesday, 98 days after it was shut on January 23 due to the suddenn COVID-19 outbreak in the city. On the first day of its reopening, dozens of visitors were spotted entering the park. Twelve representatives from various walks of life in Wuhan, including medical workers, police, and sanitation workers, rang the bell nine times -- praying for good luck for the city. Also, two penguins, named Daqi and Xiaoqi, were brought in as special guests to convey the meaning of blessing.
