Shanghai residents waited for a local post office to open on Monday morning to buy COVID-19-themed postage stamps. China Post on Monday issued a set of stamps to show respect to Chinese people’s fighting spirit in their battle against COVID-19. The collection depicts images of People's Liberation Army commanders, medics, scientific research staff, community workers, police and volunteers. The set has two stamps cost 2.4 yuan ($0.33).
