Chinese Red Cross Foundation and the Pinglan Public Welfare Foundation have jointly set up a Red Cross epidemic elimination volunteer service team to carry out disinfection in hutongs and bungalow communities in downtown Beijing.

The disinfection team has by Tuesday completed disinfection missions in 15.36 square kilometers in the city covering 98,000 households.
