Editor's Note:
Students in Shanghai were seen embracing the fall semester as normal on Tuesday. Wearing face masks, taking body temperature measurement tests and conducting disinfection, strict COVID-19 control and prevention measures are still in place to ensure students’ safety on campus. What’s more, some schools have prepared various activities to welcome their students back, such as story sharing opportunities on students’ COVID-19 experiences, reducing food waste, patriotic education and life education classes, all of which aim to inspire the younger generation to cherish life and society’s efforts in securing a safe and healthy living environment.
