September is this year’s month for promoting consumption nation-wide and the month of fashion consumption in Beijing. During the opening ceremony, Beijing connected with the cities of Tianjin, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu and Chongqing to complete product promotion with ceremonies seen live from each city. Beijing started the first show with Beijing Fashion Week and organized many activities that covered Beijing's food and culture. More than 30 national-level poverty-stricken counties' products and traditional brands in Beijing and Wuhan will have their promotion activity at Qianmen pedestrian business street for a week.
