A team of 6 from China’s state-owned aerospace giant China Aerospace Science and Technology Corp (CASC) has successfully transformed a deserted plant in the century-old Erqi Locomotive Factory into a flagship project in the run-up to Beijing 2022 Olympics. Design of the facility was completed in December 2019, but the COVID-19 epidemic delayed construction until June.
