As of Nov 24, Yingqian village of Zhuqiao Town in Pudong, Shanghai, will be recognized as a low-risk area (compared to a medium-risk area previously) as it has not seen any new confirmed COVID-19 cases in 14 days.
A GT reporter saw on location that villagers can enter and exit the village freely using their community pass card, and security guards are checking the cards of every person. Those who are not local villagers can provide a nucleic acid test certificate to enter the village.
