Crews from China Mobile in Anyang, a seriously flooded city in Henan, worked hard to repair a base station after days of heavy rain caused widespread power cuts in the city and affected some telecommunication stations. The shutdown of the telecommunication station has impacted normal operations of the meteorological bureau, making it more difficult to follow disaster relief work.
