A large number of relief supplies have arrived in Xinxiang, Central China’s Henan Province, to help victims. The city was hit hard by heavy rainfall. On Saturday, villagers in Nanyunmen village waited around a large cooking stove to scoop up dumplings. The village of more than 2,000 people has been under over a meter of water for three days, and has been left without water, electricity or gas.
