Some 7 decades since the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea (1950-53), the eighth batch of 109 CPV martyrs returned from South Korea, arriving in Shenyang, NE China’s Liaoning Province. A PLA Air Force large transport aircraft Y-20 handed over the remains of the martyrs, the second mission following the first in 2020. Two fire-fighting trucks sprayed a "water gate" at Taoxian Intl Airport in Shenyang to show the highest respect for the returning heroes.
