The National Museum of China launched an exhibition entitled Ancient Chinese Food Culture in Beijing on December 27, 2021. The exhibition includes more than 200 sets of selected objects, comprehensively displaying the development, changes and cultural connotations of ancient Chinese food culture, helping visitors understand the old Chinese saying “food is the first necessity of the people” and grasp the nation’s cultural inheritance.
