An exhibition named “Five stars rise in the east – Hotan historial relic exhibition” kicked off in Beijing on Friday and will last from December 30, 2022 to February 5, 2023. Over 220 cultural relics from different Beijing and Xinjiang museums are displayed in the China Millennium Monument. 56% of the cultural relics are from the Hotan Museum. The exhibition retells the Silk Road’s history displaying the exchanges, communication and integration among different ethnic groups.
