The “fashion shoes town,” a planned 3.7-square-kilometer area located on Fengmen Street in Wenzhou, East China’s Zhejiang Province, is a manufacturing hub for many leading global shoe brands. Some factories in the town are busily catching up on orders for overseas clients.
