A night school in Shanghai has kicked off its spring classes for early April. The Jiangnan Dim Sum class attracted five expat students who are from the UK, the US, Brazil, Japan and India on Monday. They enjoyed following the teacher’s instruction to make delicious food. The night class covers traditional culture, fashion, intangible cultural heritage skills and other regional culture. More than 270 courses at the night school have been opened for the spring term and they were fully booked shortly after they were made available, according to the organizer.
