Beijing's Old Summer Palace, or "Yuanmingyuan" in Chinese, opened to the public free of charge on June 10, which marks the 2023 Cultural and Natural Heritage Day. Many tourists visited the site and the tickets for the day were booked out by midday. The theme of this year's Cultural and Natural Heritage Day is on cultural relic protection and utilization, as well as cultural confidence and strength.
