The 28th Lotus Festival of the Yuanmingyuan Ruins Park opens on June 29 and will last until August 21. Renowned as a royal garden of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), Yuanmingyuan, or the Old Summer Palace, is known for its enchanting lotus flowers.
