Chinese Wushu athlete, Song Cuifang, won the gold medal in Women’s Nandao with 9.666 points at the 31st FISU World University Games on July 29, 2023, marking the second gold medal achieved in the Games. Wong Sum-In, athlete from China's Macao Special Administrative Region won the bronze medal with 9.506 points.
