The women's water polo final of the Chengdu FISU Games was held at the Chengdu Modern Pentathlon Center's swimming and fencing venue. The Chinese team competed against the previous Universiade runner-up, Italy. Throughout the entire match, the Chinese team fully demonstrated their strength and ultimately won with a score of 12-7, securing the gold medal.
