The Chinese theater version of Florian Zeller's 2012 play Le Père will be staged at Beijing’s National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) from August 15 to 18. Directed by Jiang Weiguo, the play produced by Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre stars Chin Shih-Chieh and Tian Shui. The play is well-known in China, as the similarly named Anthony Hopkins-starring movie "The Father" received six nominations and won two, including Hopkins’ Best Actor award. (Photos: Chen Tao/GT)
