Sophie Boutaud de la Combe, Director of the Office of Public Information and Communication of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), visited the Qinshan Nuclear Power Base in Haiyan County, Zhejiang Province, East China. This site, home to China’s first nuclear power plant, currently boasts the largest number of nuclear power units and the most diverse range of reactor types in the country.
