The exhibition "Picasso, Modigliani & Modern Art: Masterpieces from LaM Museum" will open at the Bund One Art Museum in Shanghai on Friday. Showcasing a total of 61 pieces from 18 prominent figures of avant-garde art, the exhibition features renowned artists Amedeo Modigliani and Pablo Picasso. It includes nine works by Modigliani and five by Picasso, marking the largest display of Modigliani's works in China to date. This exhibition is a significant project celebrating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France. All exhibits are drawn from France’s LaM Museum (Lille Métropole Museum of Modern Art). The exhibition will run until February 9, 2025. (Photos: Lu Ting/GT)
