The 15th Airshow China kicked off in Zhuhai, South China’s Guangdong Province on Tuesday. The J-16 performed an impressive aerial display, showcasing exceptional flying skills and excellent maneuverability. The PLA's air tanker, the YY-20, performed a 15-minute aerobatic flight during the aerial demonstration. The YY-20 is China's first domestically developed large tanker aircraft, and is capable of carrying out same transport missions as the Y-20 transport plane. A formation of J-15 fighter jets, consisting of one J-15D and two J-15T jets produced a spectacular performance, marking the PLA Navy’s official debut at Airshow China. Photos: Cui Meng/GT
