Enhanced by modern technology and the unique island charm of Sanya, the opening ceremony of China's 12th National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities took place at the Sports Center in Sanya, Hainan Province on Friday night. Held every four years, this historic event has become a grand festival for all ethnic groups to celebrate their shared heritage and foster unity. This year’s Games, bring together nearly 10,000 athletes and guests from across China. The opening ceremony featured two segments - a formal inauguration and a cultural performance - showcasing the richness of ethnic traditions.
