A memorial ceremony to mark China’s 11th national memorial day for the victims of the Nanjing Massacre took place at Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery in Beijing on December 13, 2024. Participants sang the national anthem, observed a moment of silence, and laid flowers before the tombs of heroic martyrs. The event paid tribute to the victims of the Nanjing Massacre and the revolutionary heroes who gave their lives for the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression (1931-45). (Photos: Li Hao/GT)
