Editor's Note:
On February 23, as the weather warms up, the wintersweet flowers at the China National Botanical Garden's Wofo Temple enter their best viewing period. The golden wintersweet flowers, which create a view resembling an exquisite painting, attract many visitors. Wofo Temple has always been a prime spot for viewing wintersweet flowers in the Chinese capital, with over 140 plants of more than 20 varieties. The blooming period starts in late December and can last until early March of the following year. Photos: Chen Tao/GT
