A community in Beijing organized a series of volunteer activities to commemorate Lei Feng, a soldier renowned in China for his generosity and altruistic deeds on March 5, which is the 62nd “Lei Feng Day” as well as the 26th Chinese Youth Volunteer Service Day. These activities provided a range of warm-hearted and convenient services to the community residents. The event included various projects such as fire safety, legal education, waste sorting, free medical clinics, legal aid, complimentary haircuts, and more, attracting many residents to participate in.
