Secretary of State Hillary Clinton urged the U.N. Security Council on Monday to take a firm position on North Korea's weekend rocket launch suspected of being a long-range ballistic missile test.
“It's a provocative act that has grave implications,” Clinton said. “North Korea ignored its international obligations, rejected the unequivocal calls for restraint, and further isolated itself from the community of nations.”
